1General Policy
All purchases of BelaClip subscription services (monthly packages starting at $2,990) are considered final. Refunds are generally not available once video production has begun, except as expressly provided below.
2Eligibility for Refunds
A customer may request a full refund if:
- •The request is made within 7 calendar days of initial purchase, and
- •No production work (trend analysis, avatar generation, script adaptation, or video creation) has started on the account.
If production has already started, refunds will not be issued.
3Service Issues
If you experience a service issue (e.g., technical failure, billing error, duplicate charge), please contact hello@belaclip.com within 14 days. Verified errors will be corrected promptly through a refund or service credit, at BelaClip's discretion.
4Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- •Change of mind or dissatisfaction with creative style after delivery (we provide revisions instead).
- •Failure to use or publish delivered videos.
- •Subscription cancellations after the production cycle has begun.
5Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period once production has started.
6Chargebacks
BelaClip reserves the right to contest any chargeback filed with your payment provider. Our Refund Policy and Terms of Service serve as proof of the agreed terms.
